The Illinois Green Party’s Executive Committee recommends that voters vote no Nov. 8th on the proposed amendment to add Section 11 (Transportation Funds) to Article IX of the Illinois Constitution (aka the “Lockbox Amendment” and the “Safe Roads Amendment”).
