To sign Sameera’s e-petition, all you have to do are these three easy steps (which should only take a minute or two):
1) (optional) If you are not sure, you can verify that you are registered to vote and/or whether you reside in the district. If you’re a registered voter you will be provided a list of all your voting districts. Make sure your State Representative District is 51.
2) (optional) Review the Rules for Signing Ballot Petitions.
Note that each registered voter in your family can separately click on the above link to e-sign the petition.
Sameera Hussain is running for Illinois State Representative (District 51) as a Green!
Sameera is running for a better future for all regardless of race, color, and status. She wants to provide a greener tomorrow with better environmental innovations and providing basic income. Sameera is running for equal education for all. She wants us to embrace the peace within us and project it on our future.
Sameera is an entrepreneur of sorts and also has experience in the Science and Business areas. Sameera is an innovator to provide efficiency. She has a lot of experience in different volunteer organizations such as the Red Cross, American Heart Association, United Services Organization, Northwest Special Recreation Association, and All Hands and All Hearts. She loves providing humanitarian service to everyone. Everyone needs a helping hand.
Sameera needs registered voters in the Illinois 51st State Representative District to sign her electronic petition. Due to a recent court order this e-petition can be used instead of a traditional paper ballot petition, because of the restrictions against in-person petitioning under the Governor’s Covid-19 Executive Order.
We can always use help spreading the word or volunteering on the campaign trail! If you’d like to volunteer for or donate to the campaign, please contact Sameera's campaign manager.
Thank you for your continued support!
