You have the right to vote if you are in line by the time polls close at 7 p.m.
You can take unpaid time from work to vote, but no more than two successive hours.
If you make a mistake on a paper ballot and the ballot has not yet been cast, you have the right to receive a replacement ballot.
The Illinois Attorney General says that 140 teams of attorneys and investigators will be monitoring elections in Chicago and Springfield.
