Greens help organize Occupy Naperville

On Saturdays, 10 a.m., Occupy Naperville will march and rally in support of the ongoing Occupy Wall Street movement in New York City. Steve Alesch, chairman of the DuPage Greens and one of the key organizers of the group, told the Daily Herald that “Our government isn’t listening to the 99 percent. They’re only representing the corporations and wealthiest 1 percent…And the big root cause is the amount of corporate money being pumped into political campaigns. We are giving direction to the Supreme Court that we do not want corporations running our government.”
